TRAINEE INSPECTOR

1. Purpose of position

  • After studying period carrying out work as inspector

2. Major responsibilities as inspector:

  • Ensure quality for the inspection services provided by Organic standard Ltd;
  • Carry out inspection work: preparation, execution, reporting (including financial report);
  • Elaborate and maintain a filing system for the inspection dossier of Organic standard Ltd according to Quality management system of OS;
  • Assist to Quality manager to with compiling a standard information package for the clients and assure regular up-dates;
  • Constant communication with all existing and potential clients;
  • Stay updated with relevant organic legislation and other relevant legislations.

3. Job requirements:

Educational Background:
  • Graduate (diploma) in Agriculture, Food Technology.
Professional Experience:
  • Preferably practical experience in agriculture management/farming and/or processing
  • Experience in education, teaching, agricultural training
  • Preferably experience in quality management systems
  • Good communication skills
  • Confirmed computer literacy (Word – Excel – Power point)
Languages:
  • Good written and oral communication skills in Ukrainian and English.
Personal competence:
  • Confirmed commitment to organic agriculture
  • Ability to deal and interact with farmers and processors
  • Perseverance and availability to accept new challenges
  • Preference for team-work
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic team;
  • Ability for precise working
  • Willingness to interact and participate in activities/services with the team and the company involved
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure
