WelcomeOrganic Standard is a leader of organic certification in Ukraine Ukrainian certification body Organic Standard Ltd that provides services in certification of organic production in Ukraine according to the EU Regulations, is included in the list of control bodies and control authorities, recognized by the European Commission. In accordance with this list Organic Standard has got a new registration number UA-BIO-108 with the help of which the production will be marked from now on. 06.12.2011 the European Commission has published an official document which contains the list of control bodies carrying out their certification activity outside the EU. Companies listed therein declare that certified products meet the requirements of the Equivalent European Union Organic Production & Processing Standard (Regulation (EU) 834/2007 and Regulation (EC) 889/2008) for Third Countries and can be sold within the European Union. Publication of this list plays an important role and simplifies greatly the procedure for export to the European Union. According to the new rules that come into the force since 01.07.2012 products certified by such control bodies can be exported to European countries without import permission.   |
